- Any cancellations made between 21 business days (19:00 local time) to 8 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 8 business days (19:00 local time) to 2 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 2 business days (19:00 local time) to 1 business days (19:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 1 business days (19:00 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Infant price for 3 to 5 years old does not include a separate bed at the hotel. A children's dinner will be provided at the hotel. Infants ages 0 to 2 may take part for free but will not get a separate seat on the bus, bed or dinner at the hotel.
- Infants 0-5 years old must be in the same room with 2 adults.
- This activity is restricted to non-Japanese tourists only. However, Japanese residents may take part with a non-Japanese visitor.
- Please note that the listed price is for one (1) room shared by two (2) people. If you are in a group but one (1) person would like to have their own room, an additional fare would be needed. Please book them separately as one 1 person.
Additional Notes
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Please note that this tour is unguided. A Japanese-speaking guide will be available at Chuzenji Temple and Nikko Toshogu.
- The observation deck at Kegon Falls can be accessed for free. Please note that the elevator to the paid platform is not included in the tour fee.
- The arrival times are an estimate and are subject to change due to traffic and road conditions. If you need to take a taxi or spend overnight at a hotel due to delays, please understand that fees will not be compensated.
- Depending on the number of participants on the bus tour, you may be asked to sit away from your group or on a collapsible spare seat on the bus.
- When checking in at the hotel, please state the name of the representative you have provided at the time of booking.
- Please find your driver at Tobu World Square who will be waiting for you with a sign board with your name on it.
- Lunch is not included on Day 1. Please take lunch at Tobu World Square on your own.
- Tours departing on May 23, 24, 29, 31, 2020 will be on a diesel train and not a steam locomotive.
- Chuzenji Cruise is expected to be canceled in early April and December 2020. On those dates, you may take part on the Akechidaira Ropeway instead.
